Our most accessible scenic flight — a quick, breathtaking lift out of Huka Falls Heliport and straight to the falls. You'll climb over patchwork farmland and the steaming vents of the Wairakei geothermal field, then bank along the Waikato River as it narrows and accelerates toward Huka Falls. Watch the river's full volume funnel through a 15-metre gorge and explode into the turquoise pool below. A perfect first flight and a great taster of what flying Taupō is all about.
